We are seeking a skilled, versatile, and hands-on Digital Marketing & Web Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience to take full ownership of our online operations.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between technology and marketing by managing, updating, and optimizing our WordPress/Shopify website while simultaneously planning, executing, and monitoring high-performing paid ad campaigns to drive qualified leads and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Management & SEO
- Maintain, update, and improve the company website daily using CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
- Upload products, landing pages, blogs, and marketing banners ensuring accurate and high-quality presentation.
- Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices (meta descriptions, image alt tags, keyword placement) to improve organic Google rankings.
- Monitor website health, loading speeds, and mobile responsiveness to ensure a seamless user experience.
2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, set up, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Manage social media accounts, creating monthly content calendars to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Design basic, eye-catching visual assets and write persuasive marketing copy for social media posts and advertisements.
- Track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign ROI using Google Analytics, providing actionable weekly reports to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven, hands-on experience handling both web management (CMS) and digital paid advertising.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in WordPress or Shopify, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Design & Copywriting: Solid working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Photoshop for quick graphic design creation, coupled with strong copywriting skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent in English (Written and Spoken).
