As the
E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager
, you will lead the execution and optimization of online sales channels and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee e-commerce operations, digital campaigns, website performance, and cross-functional coordination to drive revenue growth, brand consistency, and operational excellence.
Starting base pay of $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 plus annual performance bonus.
Oversee day-to-day online business operations, including order flow, payment processing, inventory accuracy, and website functionality; implement quality control checks and ensure timely release of orders.
Manage inbound customer enquiries (email and phone) in English and French across pre-sale, transactional, and post-sale touchpoints; ensure high service standards and efficient resolution of issues related to payments, delivery, returns, and exchanges.
Plan, manage, and forecast digital marketing initiatives across channels; oversee campaign execution, optimize performance, and identify opportunities to drive traffic and increase conversions.
Analyze website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics; track KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales), generate insights, and implement strategies to improve performance.
Lead search engine optimization efforts, including keyword strategy and content optimization; oversee content planning and publishing for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Partner with Marketing, IT, Finance, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to troubleshoot issues, streamline processes, and ensure accurate transactional and financial data capture.
Collaborate with HQ and international web teams (including Switzerland) on site design, functionality, and content; adapt global assets and layouts for local market relevance while maintaining brand consistency.
This role is fully on-site and primarily office-based, requiring extended periods of computer use, digital coordination, and data analysis. The position involves prolonged sitting and moderate physical activity associated with standard office tasks.
While this position has a low risk of injury, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as, significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS.
Employment Status
Full-Time: 40 hours per week. Flexibility is required during peak periods, major campaign launches, and promotional events. Occasional overtime may be necessary to support business needs.
