Title: Digital Marketer (Part-Time)

Pay Range
$60-68/hour W2
Contract Length: 4-5 months with high potential for extension/conversion
Schedule/Hours: 15 hours per week, flexible schedule
About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and results-driven freelance digital marketer to join our team. This role will primarily focus on planning and executing paid media, webinar, and outbound lead generation campaigns to drive signups for our programs.
Additionally, you will support other digital marketing initiatives that align with our evolving business priorities (example: Account Based Marketing Campaign on LinkedIn). The ideal candidate will be adaptable, data-driven, and experienced in managing multiple channels to maximize audience engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, promote, and execute a demand and lead generation marketing plans to drive acquisition for the startup program including through paid media, webinars, and web placements
- Design and manage outbound lead generation campaigns across web, email, LinkedIn, social media, and paid advertising channels.
- Support additional digital marketing efforts, including content creation, email marketing, social media strategy, and campaign analysis as needed.
- Craft clear, persuasive messaging tailored to distinct audience segments.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and iterate to optimize results.
- Collaborate with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals, lead quality, and follow-up strategies.
- Utilize marketing and CRM tools effectively to manage campaigns and reporting.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of startups and the ecosystem
- Creative, and willing to think outside of the box
- Proven experience executing paid media, web, webinars and other lead generating digital marketing campaigns via various channels (Reddit, LinkedIn, Product Hunt..etc)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media outreach, paid ads, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with webinar platforms (Zoom, GoToWebinar, or similar) and marketing automation/CRM tools (Marketo/Salesforce)
- Data-driven approach with a focus on tracking performance and optimizing campaigns.
