Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy that strengthens brand recognition and supports revenue goals across the business.
- Define and execute go-to-market plans for new and existing offerings, ensuring alignment with business priorities and target audiences.
- Create and optimize multi-step nurture campaigns that engage prospects and move them effectively through the sales funnel.
- Oversee brand messaging and positioning to ensure a consistent, credible presence across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
- Direct digital marketing initiatives, using performance data and market insights to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
- Partner closely with sales and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with growth objectives and pipeline development.
- Establish key performance indicators and use analytics tools to measure results and inform decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing function, fostering strong execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibility within B2B environments.
- Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM search optimization and emerging digital marketing trends.
- Experience with investor communications, earned media, PR, or industry awards programs.
- Experience marketing to financial advisors, broker-dealers, BGAs, IMOs, RIAs, or institutional investors.
- Experience building and executing brand, content, and demand generation strategies for a financial services, fintech, or professional services organization.
- Proven success developing marketing strategy, brand positioning, and demand generation programs for growth-focused organizations.
- Strong background in digital marketing with experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Demonstrated expertise in B2B marketing, including lead nurturing and go-to-market execution.
- Ability to use marketing data and reporting tools such as Google Analytics to evaluate performance and guide strategy.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
