Lucey Group owns and develops a portfolio of growing businesses across e-commerce, healthcare, technology and digital services. Our brands include Superfood-Market UK, ArtGallery.co.uk, Spottitt and others.

We are looking to appoint a Marketing Executive based in Dublin to lead marketing activity across the group from our Dublin 4 office.

You will work closely with sales teams and senior leaders each day, helping to ensure that marketing activity is aligned to commercial priorities and producing measurable return.

The environment is busy and varied, with multiple brands, changing priorities and regular opportunities to improve performance quickly.

The Role

You will take ownership of digital marketing performance across several businesses. This includes content strategy, paid media, email marketing, social media, campaign planning, reporting and website development priorities.

You will be expected to build effective systems, use AI tools where they improve efficiency, manage resources well, and ensure marketing investment is being used productively.

This role suits someone who is commercially minded, highly organised and comfortable being accountable for outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Growth & Sales Alignment
• Work closely with in-house sales teams to support lead generation, conversion and revenue growth, ensuring marketing plans reflect real commercial priorities across each business.
• Develop campaigns, offers, messaging and sales materials that help teams win business and improve commercial performance.
• Respond quickly to opportunities such as promotions, seasonal demand or excess stock.
• Set the content strategy for each business, ensuring content is relevant to each audience, aligned to brand identity, and adapted effectively for each platform.
• Oversee the repurposing of content to maximise value from every asset created and improve efficiency across channels.
• Guide relationships with creators, partners and brand collaborators to strengthen brand presence and extend reach.
• Maintain strong standards across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant channels, using performance insights to continuously improve future content.
• Planning & Responsiveness
• Maintain a forward-planned content schedule with at least one month of activity prepared in advance, ensuring regular posting schedules are maintained across brands.
• Create enough structure within the team to allow quick responses to live trends, reactive opportunities and changing commercial priorities.
• Balance planned campaigns with responsive marketing activity when business needs shift.
• Website, Email & Customer Journey
• Work with developers to improve websites across the group while managing Shopify and other email marketing activity across relevant brands.
• Improve customer journeys, retention activity and conversion rates through testing, optimization and performance analysis.

What We Are Looking For

Strong commercial understanding of how marketing drives growth, with confidence to make recommendations and explain reasoning clearly.

Good judgement, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple brands and priorities at once.

Experience across paid media, email marketing, content and social channels, with comfort using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency.A responsive, practical and calm approach when priorities change quickly, combined with high personal standards.
