Senior Digital Marketing Officer – Offshore Law Firm – HKD$35k – 45k

Our client is sizable and well-established offshore law firm with a strong BD & Marketing team. In respond to the rapid growth of business and the changes of marketing requirements nowadays, the team is currently hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Officer to manage the firm’s digital channels, social media platforms and the marketing technology ecosystem across Asia.

Responsibilities

This is an interesting and challenging position under the BD & Marketing team of Asia. Reporting to the Regional Head of BD & Marketing, you will be covering offices in Asia.

• Manage the postage of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, IG, X etc.
• Work closely with IT team to enhance the content of company website especially in Chinese language version
• Manage the firm's WeChat account and Chinese-language website, including content updates, localisation and day-to-day coordination
• Work with external vendors to design and develop the online marketing tools
• Plan and organize the online marketing campaign
• Manage all CRM platforms such as InterAction+, InterAction Windows Client
• Edit and translate all marketing content for online postage
• Ad hoc support in marketing events

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 2 years related experience in digital marketing
• Good understanding of social media platform management such as WeChat, LinkedIn and X etc.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Candidates with law firms / professional firms working exposure will be considered first
• Good team player with excellent communication skill, can-do attitude, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
