Your responsibilities
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes across multiple business units and international entities.
- Prepare and analyze management reporting packages, delivering meaningful insights on financial and operational performance.
- Partner with business leaders to understand key drivers, challenge assumptions, and support decision-making.
- Perform detailed variance analysis between actual results, forecasts, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, business cases, and investment decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
- Support cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital analysis.
- Contribute to long-term planning exercises and scenario modelling.
- Enhance reporting capabilities through automation, business intelligence tools, and AI-driven analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with Accounting teams to ensure consistency between management reporting and statutory financial information.
- Participate in finance transformation projects, ERP developments, and reporting system enhancements.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and forecasting accuracy.
- Your profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance within an international business environment.
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and reporting tools.
- Exposure to Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar solutions is highly desirable.
- Experience working with large datasets and translating complex information into clear business insights.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and performance management principles.
- Technology-oriented mindset with an interest in automation, AI, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining a commercial and strategic perspective.
- Fluent in English and French
