The Financial Restructuring Group is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to be based in our Hong Kong office. Financial Analysts work on a variety of transactions within the group, including debtor- and creditor-side restructurings and distressed mergers and acquisitions.
The role provides exposure to a wide range of complex and high-impact transactions across Greater China, including debtor- and creditor-side, as well as in- and out-of-court, restructurings, liability management exercises, capital solutions and private financings, and distressed mergers and acquisitions.
The Hong Kong team operates in a highly entrepreneurial and results-driven environment, working closely with corporate clients, financial sponsors, promoters, lenders, and private credit and special situations funds to deliver bespoke capital structure solutions and execute complex, multi-stakeholder transactions.
As a result, top performers are given substantial responsibility and regular interaction with senior-level professionals and clients.
