We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Commercial Finance team. If you enjoy working with numbers, organizing data, and stepping away from traditional bookkeeping to directly support commercial operations, this is the role for you.
You will be the backbone of our commercial operations by processing contracts, extracting financial data, and tracking revenue for our key client accounts (including global brands and agencies). This role is highly execution-focused and perfect for someone who loves Excel and wants to grow their analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Tracking & Forecasting: Track monthly revenue, assist in updating revenue forecasts, and pull and organize data related to new business pipelines and existing accounts.
- Client Reporting (Regional Requests): Fulfill data requests from the regional team by extracting and formatting client-specific reports, covering metrics such as media spending, rebates, refunds, and unbilled media.
- Credit & Receivables Monitoring: Track client Credit Limits and flag any accounts approaching their thresholds.
- Work closely with the AR team to monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports and track billing status, ensuring timely invoicing and smooth collection processes.
- Pitching Support: Assist the commercial team during the new business pitching process by completing complex tender/pitching templates and gathering historical gathering historical performance data.
- Contract Administration: Review, log, and file details for both Client and Vendor contracts.
- Audit Assistance: Help gather and organize data, invoices, reports and necessary documentation for Client Audits.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline, improve, or automate existing workflows for faster turnaround times.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist with daily data entry, basic financial modeling, and other data-related tasks as needed by the commercial team.
Requirements
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in accounting, finance, or data-centric roles.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience working in a Media, Advertising, or Marketing Agency is highly preferred.
