We are seeking a dedicated Flight Compensation Customer Support representative fluent in Italian to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries related to flight compensation claims via multiple communication channels, including email and phone.
- Assist customers in understanding their rights and the compensation process in accordance with relevant regulations.
- utilise our internal CRM platform to log, track, and update customer interactions and case progress efficiently.
- Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication tailored to Italian-speaking customers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and customer experiences.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer support roles or travel industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English, demonstrating clarity and professionalism.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality service under pressure is advantageous. Pay: £12.75-£13.50 per hour
