Customer Service Representative - Full Time

Job Summary

Gibson's Cleaners is currently seeking Full-time Customer Service representatives. Must be friendly, energetic, have excellent communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Professional guest service expert
• Serve as primary liaison with guests
• Catalogue and mark-in items using Gibson's processes

CSRs will

o Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store

o Process customer phone and personal relations

o Assist customers with cleaning, stain and finishing needs and/or questions

o Sort and examine articles, picking out those that may need hand spotting, or stain treatment

o Mark-In incoming customer orders: identify garments to be laundered or dry cleaned, tag, mark and classify all pieces and input information into the computerized register

o Follow Company’s protocol for new customer sign-up

o Attend Company offered ongoing training and education

o Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
