The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for the accurate process of customer quotation and order requests, in line with our service offer.
You will own the internal & external customers’ needs by proactively following up on responses and promised actions; act as a liaison between the customer and other departments to resolve customer queries like master data queries, supplier declarations and other; you are able to think quickly and creatively during these interactions to provide a good brand image and great customer experience.
In addition, the role will cover the timely handling of all associated queries from customers. The role will involve regular phone contact with customers and the wider SPX Flow teams to enhance customer experience.
About Your
Technological/machine manufacturing adeptness, tech-savviness,Understanding of the end-to-end Commercial process - Quote to Cash process.
The ability to develop strong relationships with customers at all management levels.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to work in a team-orientated fast-paced fast-changing and demanding environment whilst remaining dedicated to service delivery.
Proficient in all MS products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Knowledge of ERP systems. Knowledge of SAP.Knowledge of CRM systems.
English + French speaker.
