About The Position
As Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving Flora Food Group's growth across Finland by developing strong customer partnerships and delivering commercial excellence.
Reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager Finland, you will manage strategic retail customers, own customer-specific business plans, and work closely with cross-functional teams to unlock growth opportunities. You will also lead an outsourced field sales team, ensuring excellent execution in-store and helping bring our commercial plans to life.

- Customer & Account Management
- Build and develop long-term partnerships with key retail customers.
- Lead trade window discussions and promotional negotiations.
- Own and manage customer P&Ls, ensuring delivery of commercial targets.
- Develop and execute customer-specific business plans aligned to Flora Food Group priorities.
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify growth opportunities through strong customer understanding and market knowledge.
- Leverage your understanding of the Finnish retail landscape to support customer and category growth.
- Field Sales Leadership
- Lead and coach an outsourced field sales team.
- Set clear priorities, objectives, and KPIs.
- Ensure high-quality execution and in-store excellence.
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
- Translate commercial strategy and customer insights into actionable plans.
- Act as a key link between customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Data-Driven Business Management
- Monitor sales performance, promotions, category trends, and customer results.
- Use analytics and insight to identify opportunities, risks, and recommended actions.
- Utilise commercial tools, retailer systems, and dashboards to support decision-making and business performance.

- Experience & Expertise2–4 years of experience in Key Account Management or another commercial FMCG role.
- Good understanding of the Finnish grocery retail landscape.
- Experience managing customer relationships and delivering commercial objectives.
- Exposure to customer planning, promotions, forecasting, or category-driven selling.
