We are seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks to support a busy operations team with our client in the financial services industry. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, maintaining accuracy, and supporting business processes in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and validate data from source documents into internal systems.
• Review records for completeness and accuracy before processing.
• Identify and correct data discrepancies and input errors.
• Maintain logs and documentation of completed work.
• Meet productivity targets and established deadlines.
• Work independently while supporting overall team objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 2–4 years of data entry, administrative, or operations experience.
• Strong data entry and typing accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with data validation, documentation, and record management.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in banking, financial services, or administrative environments.
• Familiarity with data entry software and scanning systems.
• Fast typing speed with a strong accuracy record.
