Alexander Hutton is looking for a highly organized Office Manager to support the AH team and manage day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations including greeting guests, screening calls, working with outside vendors, keeping supplies in stock, organizing lunch meetings, etc.
- Assist in special projects such as organizing company events, off-sites, and assisting with hiring processes
- Lead marketing efforts by owning the website and LinkedIn pages, creating marketing materials, sending out emails to our distribution list
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars and assisting with travel
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of administrative experience
- Ability to work in office in Seattle
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Independent and enjoys adapting to new challenges and taking on cross-functional duties
- Document design skills and experience with Adobe creative applications are a plus
- Bring a positive attitude and ability to have fun Compensation Range$55,000-$70,000, depending on experience + bonuses
