The Organization
North Los Angeles County Regional Center “NLACRC” is a private, non-profit agency that is contracted with the State of California, Department of Developmental Services, to provide services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
NLACRC is one of the largest regional centers in California and has proudly served the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, and Antelope Valley since 1974. We serve individuals across the lifespan from infants and toddlers, school age children, transition-age youth, to adults and aging adults.
Supervision
Works under general supervision of the Deputy Director.

Skills And Abilities
Clerical and administrative office practices and procedures. High school diploma or higher and five or more years of experience or training.
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Must have advance knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks and demands.
Essential Requirements
A valid California Driver's License and transportation, or acceptable substitute is required. Bilingual Spanish required.

This position is non - exempt. Regular Salary: $37.09 - $52.42 per hour, plus $69.24 bi-weekly per pay period, if applicable.
Starting salary is typically between the $37.09 and $40.94 of the range, depending on internal equity and experience.
