As part of this growth, we have been exclusively retained to appoint an experienced HR Director to lead and evolve the people function across the organisation.
This role will work closely with the executive leadership team and play a critical part in shaping organisational strategy, culture, talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee experience.
The Opportunity
The HR Director will be responsible for building a scalable people strategy that supports rapid growth while maintaining a high-performance, innovative, and collaborative culture.
This individual will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring the organisation attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent across multiple business functions and geographic locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's global people strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership on organisational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Lead all talent acquisition activities, ensuring the business continues to attract high-calibre talent across technical, commercial, and corporate functions.
- Build and enhance performance management frameworks that drive accountability and employee development.
- Develop leadership and management capability across the organisation.
- Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and retention strategies.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward frameworks to ensure market competitiveness.
- Ensure HR policies, processes, and governance frameworks are scalable and compliant.
- Lead employee relations matters and provide strategic HR guidance across the business.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Utilise technology and data to improve HR effectiveness and decision-making.
- Build and mentor a high-performing HR team capable of supporting future growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including experience operating at HR Director, Head of People, VP People, or equivalent level.
- Proven experience within high-growth FinTech, Payments, Financial Services, AI, Technology, SaaS, or Digital businesses.
- Strong understanding of organisational scaling, change management, and talent strategy.
- Experience partnering directly with C-suite and executive leadership teams.
- Demonstrated success building and implementing people strategies in fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employment legislation.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate people insights into business outcomes.
