Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD, demonstrating commitment to HR excellence and ongoing professional development.A minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a multi-national or group setting.

Experience in sectors such as finance, technology, or manufacturing is preferred, showcasing adaptability across various industries.
