Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Establish robust recruitment strategies using various channels such as job portals, agencies, and career fairs.
- Set clear recruitment objectives and timelines to meet expected turnaround targets while ensuring satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact for recruitment and staffing agencies, collaborating closely with hiring teams and providing interview training when necessary.
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for employee retention strategies.
- Remain informed on market trends and changes to government regulations affecting recruitment.
- Offer recommendations for the development and updating of HR-related policies and procedures.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance to employees across all levels.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, candidate screening techniques, and interview methods.
- Proficient in Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables), Outlook, and database management; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with robust time and project management abilities.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about HR, with a positive attitude.
- Experience in hiring for non-executive positions is a plus.
