Summary
The HR Manager will personally run payroll on Timesoft, personally administer MOM work passes, personally screen blue-collar candidates (drivers, technicians, warehouse staff) on a continuous high-volume basis, partner with the founders on senior recruiting, and personally organise the quarterly company events
Responsibilities
- HR generalist who has personally led recruitment, payroll, and exit conversations for 40 to 150 staff. Solo-function experience strongly preferred
- Experinece in managing HR matters (handbook, payroll process, MOM pass tracker, recruitment funnel)
- Bilingual English and Mandarin, equally comfortable on the factory floor and in the boardroom.
- Event-organiser instinct — has personally organised company gatherings, dinners, festive
- lunches without complaint
- Long-tenure pattern — minimum three years per role, ideally more
Requirements
- Singapore employment law fluency: MOM, CPF, IRAS auto-inclusion, Work Permit / EP / S
- Pass administration, foreign-worker quota tracking, TAFEP, SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit.
- Bilingual English and Mandarin — working written and spoken fluency.
- Hands-on payroll administration on Timesoft or a similar Singapore SME platform.
- Blue-collar recruitment at volume — drivers, technicians, warehouse staff. Has personally sourced, screened and onboarded these populations.
- Event organisation — has personally planned and delivered company gatherings of 50 to 100 staff.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and the willingness to learn
