Sr Hr Executive

Our client is a growing construction company seeking an experienced and driven Senior HR Executive to take ownership of core HR operations across head office and active project sites. Sitting above the Executive level, this role combines deep hands-on HR expertise with a degree of team mentorship and process ownership.

The ideal candidate is well-versed in Singapore's construction manpower landscape, statutory compliance, and employee relations — and is ready to step up into a more strategic HR contributor role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in HRM or related field
• 4–6 years HR experience; 2–3 years in construction
• Hands-on with WP Online, EP Online, CPF & IRAS
• Strong knowledge of Employment Act & WICA
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication & multitasking skills
• Able to manage office and site-based workforce
