DeepHealth employs people across 13 countries with main offices in the UK, the Netherlands, and Hungary. As we grow, our presence and employee base within Europe is expanding. The HR Generalist, Europe is a Netherlands-based role supporting employees and managers across the European region.
This position covers the full range of day-to-day HR activities including employee lifecycle administration, employee relations, and Dutch employment law compliance, while also maintaining a strong operational backbone through HRIS ownership, data integrity, and process improvement.
The HR Generalist serves as the primary point of contact for HR queries in Europe and contributes to broader HR projects and people initiatives across DeepHealth.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required. 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist, HR operations, or similar HR role required. Knowledge of Dutch employment law required, including sick leave regulations (Wet verbetering poortwachter) and UWV processes. Experience with HRIS systems including data management, reporting, and workflows.
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear guidance to employees and managers at all levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluent in English required; Dutch and/or French language skills preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

This is a hybrid position in the Netherlands.
