We are looking for a Strategy consultant to join the Group HR team, which reports into the Deputy CHRO. This is a high‑impact role for someone who is eager to contribute to some of the Group’s most strategic and transversal people initiatives, working at the intersection of HR, business, data, and innovation.
Within the Group HR team, you will work closely with high‑performing colleagues, including former strategy consultants, in a fast‑paced, intellectually stimulating environment that values rigor, curiosity, and impact.
The role offers a unique opportunity to combine analytical thinking, project management, and cross‑functional coordination, while being exposed to a wide range of senior stakeholders across Group and local teams. You will work on initiatives that shape how people processes evolve at scale, contributing to the design, structuring, and execution of key HR frameworks and transformation efforts.
This is a high‑visibility Group HR role with exposure to senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders, offering the chance to work on strategic, high‑impact initiatives that shape how people processes evolve across the organisation.
This role will be a strong fit for someone with the following background and mindset:
Experience & BackgroundA top‑tier educational background with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, ideally in engineering, business administration, economics, or related fields.3–4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, analytics, PMO, or similar roles.
Experience working in complex, international, and multi‑stakeholder environments.
