Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding
Work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop clear job descriptions
Perform monthly payroll calculations, MPF administration, taxation, and benefits enrollment
Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits offerings
Assist in the annual performance review process, providing support and guidance to managers and employees
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Coordinate staff activities to promote employee engagement
Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy
Prepare reports for management review
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Provide administrative support, including but not limited to office supplies procurement, facilities maintenance, insurance and license renewal, and payment handling
Assist with logistics functions as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by superior
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in the retail or beauty industry, with solid experience in payroll calculations
Proactive and take ownership of the role
Well-versed in Hong Kong labour-related laws and regulations
Proficient in MS office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
