The business is now entering an exciting new scale-up phase, with ambitious plans to expand both its product portfolio and global reach.

They are now looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Supply Chain & Operations Manager to work directly alongside the founders, helping drive the day-to-day operations of a high-growth ecommerce business.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants broad exposure across supply chain, inventory, product launches and operational strategy, with huge ownership from day one.

What will you be doing?🩷 Managing day-to-day communication with 3PL partners and suppliers🩷 Coordinating inventory, deliveries and stock forecasting to support business growth🩷 Supporting supplier and manufacturer sourcing, building strong operational partnerships🩷 Assisting with new product launches from sourcing through to production🩷 Helping build scalable systems, processes and AI-driven operational efficiencies🩷 Working closely with customer service and internal teams to communicate operational updatesWho are we looking for?🩷 Experience within operations, ecommerce or supply chain🩷 Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail🩷 Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with data🩷 Naturally proactive, resourceful and eager to learn🩷 Comfortable working within a fast-moving startup or challenger brand environment🤝 People are at the heart of everything we do.
