Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistics & Operations Executive to manage daily logistics coordination and operational activities within our Dental Lab. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth delivery operations, workflow coordination, and compliance with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage pickups and deliveries of dental cases, appliances, and materials
- Allocate delivery resources (bike drivers, vehicles) and coordinate with teams
- Monitor and track delivery status; resolve delays and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation for all operational and logistical activities
- Coordinate with clinics, lab technicians, and admin teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Ensure all cases are handled safely and securely to prevent damage or loss
- Manage inventory of consumables, materials, and logistics-related resources
- Maintain vehicles, equipment, and safety compliance standards
- Implement and monitor SOPs for operations and logistics
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance productivity
- Assist in HR, administrative, and operational reporting as needed
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of local regulations, delivery operations, and UAE healthcare compliance
- Familiarity with lab or clinical workflows preferred
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, operations, or healthcare supply chain
- Experience in managing teams and coordinating deliveries preferred
- Knowledge of case handling, documentation, and operational compliance
Skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple operations simultaneously
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for workflow and process improvement
- Familiarity with logistics software, vehicle management, and operational tools
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
