Customer Operations & Supply Chain Executive / Jurong / Contract
Summary
Responsible for managing customer orders and coordinating supply chain activities, including inventory, procurement, and production planning, to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage large number of incoming calls.
- Manage customer accounts and order portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders and amendments in accordance with established procedures and data integrity standards
- Primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, handling inquiries related to order status, shipping arrangements, and delivery commitments in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with customers, service providers, and internal stakeholders across regions to ensure effective coordination
- Purchase materials, plan stock inventory
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Streamline and automate processes wherever possible
- Prepare accurate daily reports, order management reports and KPI dashboards
- Maintain accurate, audit compliant documentation in line with company policies and standards.
- To actively take initiatives and participate in continuous improvements in your work area

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent
- Experience in customer service, supply chain, and logistics
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across regions and functions.
- Customer focused and solutions oriented, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Well organised, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular MS Excel, IT savvy, familiar with SAP. (Knowing IBM AS400 i.e. legacy system will be a plus)
