As the Central Strategy and Operations Manager on YouTube's Trust and Safety Operations team, you will manage core processes and lead projects across the global Trust and Safety Operations organization. You will help YouTube prevent harm by ensuring that our operations organization operates effectively with the strategy, processes, and insights needed to be successful.
In this role, you may be exposed to graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $141000 - $206000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits
