Executive (Operations)

Major Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the Operations Team;
• Handle enquiry & complaint cases;
• Liaise with different stakeholders;
• Ensure internal & external operation that meet the certain T&C and Ordinances;
• Ad-hoc assignment.

Requirements

• Degree/ Higher Diploma holder in Administration or related discipline;
• At least 3 years working experience in the office operation field;
• At least 1 year supervision experience;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Initiative, multitasking, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure; and
• Customer service experience will be an advantage.

Area: Kwai Hing

5-day work week
