We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to oversee key financial reporting and month-end close activities in a fast-paced environment
This role is responsible for managing P&L and balance sheet variance analysis, reviewing and approving journal entries and reconciliations, supporting COGS and redemption margin analysis, and ensuring accurate financial reporting processes
The successful candidate will also assist with contract management, support interim audits, and provide ad hoc financial analysis while offering guidance and leadership to accounting team members
Please note that this is a 4 month contract opportunity
Oversee month-end close processes, including review of P&L variance analysis, journal entries, and system close procedures
Review and approve journal entries related to COGS and intercompany netting
Manage redemption margin analysis and provide guidance on COGS-related reporting
Review and approve account reconciliations prepared by the accounting team
Perform and manage balance sheet and financial statement variance analysis
Assess accounting implications of contract terms and communicate impacts to AR and Accounting teams
Support global interim audit requirements and documentation requests
Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as needed
