We are partnering with a leading multinational organisation undergoing a major cloud finance transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity for an accounting professional to gain hands-on experience supporting a critical phase of a large-scale finance transformation initiative.
The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Business Units, and project stakeholders to support financial data analysis, reconciliation, UAT activities, and issue resolution during parallel run and go-live phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial data analysis and support mapping, integration, and reconciliation activities across systems
- Support actuals catch-up activities and investigate discrepancies between system outputs and financial records
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identify defects, and ensure deliverables meet functional and business requirements
- Support Business Units during parallel run and go-live activities
- Coordinate issue tracking, stakeholder communication, and timely resolution of system and data-related issues
- Work closely with Finance teams, Business Units, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide ongoing support for cloud transformation initiatives and other project-related activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) is advantageous
- Minimum 3 years of accounting, audit, financial reporting, or finance project experience
- Strong Excel, data analysis, and reconciliation skills
- Experience supporting finance transformation, system implementation, UAT, ERP, cloud migration, or data migration projects is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to engage Finance teams and Business Units, investigate issues, explain findings, coordinate resolutions, and support users throughout parallel run and go-live activities
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
Salary: Up to HKD 35,000 per month
