In this hands-on role, you’ll partner closely with the Accounting Manager and wider Finance team to ensure smooth accounting operations, reliable financial data, and strong compliance — all while contributing to our mission to create a fitter planet.

In This Impactful Role, You Will Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage accurate accounts receivable records Reconcile e-commerce sales and resolve customer payment discrepancies Process employee expenses and corporate credit card transactions accurately and on time Prepare and execute payments via online banking platforms Partner with the Central AP team to manage vendor payments and inquiries Support month-end close activities, including AR management and prepaid expense calculations Reconcile intercompany transactions with precision and timeliness Prepare financial data for audits and support corporate and consumption tax filings Respond to audit and tax queries with attention to detail Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, documentation, and efficiency Champion smarter ways of working, new systems, and continuous improvement Live and breathe the Les Mills values: United, Be Brave, Change the WorldSuccess

Means Financial records are accurate, complete, and consistently well maintained Bank, AR, and intercompany reconciliations are completed on time, every time Month-end close activities run smoothly and meet all deadlines Employee and vendor inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally Audit and tax processes are well supported and stress free Accounting processes become clearer, leaner, and more efficient over time You are trusted as a reliable, proactive partner by finance and business stakeholders

Who You Are

• 3+ years’ experience in accounting or a related finance role Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with financial data Experience using online banking systems and ERP platforms (D365 or similar preferred) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Confident reading and working in English in a professional setting Clear communicator who builds strong working relationships Curious, adaptable, and eager to improve how things are done Interested in working for a fitness, wellness, or purpose-driven organization
