Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and incoming calls, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
• Manage front desk operations, including visitor registration, meeting room coordination and mail handling.
• Direct enquiries to the appropriate departments and assist with general customer service requests.
• Coordinate with the Office Manager and Executive Assistant on visitor arrangements and office administration matters.
• Support administrative duties such as document filing, data entry, scheduling and records maintenance.
• Maintain the reception and common areas to ensure a professional and organised office environment.
• Assist with courier services, incoming and outgoing correspondence, and other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
