Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore for an Aftersales Department Receptionist at MG Singapore - Eurokars EV Pte. Ltd. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting customers and managing reception duties, handling phone calls with professional etiquette, assisting customers with queries, and coordinating clerical tasks to ensure the seamless operation of the aftersales department.

The individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role will be strongly advantageous.
• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties.
• Clerical Skills, including organizing and maintaining records on Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite on top of other platforms.
• Highly organized and detailed driven on paperwork.
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
