We are currently looking for experienced temporary Luxury Sales/Host Associates and ambassadors within the Luxury Fashion and Beauty industry to come and join our team supporting our Clients in the most exclusive London locations.

It is essential that the Brand greeter offers a warm and sincere welcome while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. You must be highly efficient and courteous, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times. By doing so, you will a seamless provide experience from the very beginning, in line with our brand standards.

Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for representing the Brand as a true ambassador working within London most prestigious locations. We expect you to embody our values by taking a pro-active approach to sales and relationship building and upholding a professional attitude.

Working closely as part of a team and with direction from the Store Manager, the Luxury Sales Associate is responsible for certain aspects of our premium fashion client’s in-store experience.

To be successful in this role you need to possess passion and knowledge of the luxury fashion-beauty industry.

You will be committed to providing the ultimate guest experience in store and have a strong sense of personal style. There you will be working closely with your team on exceeding customer expectations and sales targets.

Skills and Experience

• 6 months minimum previous luxury retail experience required
• 12 months minimum previous customer service experience
• You must be fluent in English
• Self-motivated, ready to learn and develop your product knowledge
• Driven and confident to take ownership in delivering exceptional customer service
• Enjoys working with others and building relationships
• Resilient, passionate and committed
• Immaculate presentation and manners
• Confident in handling high value pieces and dealing with high profile individuals/clients
• Ability to be flexible and work a variety of shifts including weekends
