Job & Responsibility
Business Development
- Drive the business performance and profitability for Singapore showroom
- To know and apply company policies and have all key information needed to sell
- Identify the customer’s need and select the right furniture and make proposal to customers
- Work on developing a network of designers and professionals outside the showroom
- Attend events and local gatherings to spread brand awareness
- Provide the forecast suggestion and product selection based on the local insight
Customer’s service & Logistics
- Align with different relevant 3rd party or customer service team to resolve the potential issues with our customers
- Lead the team to deliver the customers service regarding the customer’s request
- Give resolution decision in timely manner
- Factory purchases follow up
Merchandising
- Work with Visual Merchandising Lead to drive the brand presence in Singapore showroomand best suit the local customer’s needs
- Update the store tagging (Prices, special promotion) and Marketing store tools when needed
- Execute the settings of the showroom upon corporate policies
- Report any store improvement needed and assist on its resolution
Admin/Back office
- Ensure payment reports and transactions inquiries are being addressed In charge of the store inventory accuracy and store binder
- Work with logistics to help contacting respective customers or arrange deliveries in flawless manner
