- Role Context The Science and Math Teacher
- Secondary will be responsible for teaching core Science and Mathematics concepts, preparing structured lessons, supporting students with different learning needs, and helping learners build confidence in problem-solving, analytical thinking, scientific understanding, and numeracy skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clear, engaging, and curriculum-aligned Science and Mathematics lessons to students.
- Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources.
- Teach key Science topics including basic scientific concepts, observation, experimentation, and practical application.
- Teach Mathematics topics including numeracy, algebra, geometry, problem-solving, data handling, and logical reasoning.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom atmosphere that supports student participation.
- Assess student progress through classwork, homework, tests, projects, and regular academic feedback.
- Identify learning gaps and provide additional support, guidance, and reinforcement where required.
- Encourage critical thinking, curiosity, independent learning, and confidence in Science and Math.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, lesson plans, assessments, and student performance.
