Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers in placing orders and processing returns.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Upsell additional products or services when applicable.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry.
- Ensure a high level of phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities in English and Chinese are a plus.
- Ability to analyze customer issues effectively and provide suitable solutions.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
