Archer is growing, and we’re seeking motivated, driven customer service professionals to join our team as Recruitment Consultants. Your experience managing clients, resolving issues, and building relationships translates directly into recruitment success.

- Minimum 2 years’ commercial or customer service experience - (Customer service, customer success, customer retention, client services, client experience)
- Ability to be office-based in Dublin city centre (Monday–Friday)
- Strong drive to progress and earn
- EU Passport or Stamp 4 visa
- Average Year 1 Earnings (Base + Commission): €45,000Base DOE
- Commission Uncapped
