We utilize nature’s own fungi fermentation to unify vegetables and legumes into natural and craveable food, for food lovers, by food lovers. We launched our first products in 2023 with great demand by consumers and customers, and now we’re entering the next stage of our journey with a full-scale production in our first of a kind factory build in Denmark and internationalization to Germany & Switzerland.

What you’ll be doingAs our Customer Service Specialist, you will be the key contact for our retail and food service customers in German speaking region and Denmark.

You will...manage customer orders, deliveries, and inquiries with precision and caresupport both retail and wholesale clients, ensuring smooth communication and high satisfactioncoordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, production) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillmentsupport the customer acquisition process using CRM toolshandle complaints and returns professionally and proactivelymaintain and update customer data and documentationcontribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processesWhat you’re bringingminimum 3 years of experience in customer service, ideally in the food industryfamiliarity with retail and wholesale structures and processesfluent in German and Danish; your English should be confidentstrong communication and organizational skillsexperience with CRM tools is an advantageproactive mindset and hands-on attitudecomfortable working in a fast-paced, international environmentWhy join MATR Foods?
