Location: Central London

Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour

Employment Type: Self-Employed or Limited Company

Shifts: 6–12 hours

Working Pattern: Primarily evenings and weekends, with some daytime opportunities available

Our officers work in luxury hotels, exclusive restaurants and bars, rooftop venues, private events, corporate functions, VIP events, and external surveillance assignments.

External Surveillance & Patrol Security

Working in outdoor environments maintaining a visible and professional security presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Access and egress control
• Customer service and guest interaction
• Queue management
• Crowd management
• Venue patrols
• Incident prevention and response
• Monitoring suspicious activity
• Protecting guests, staff, and property
• Managing challenging situations professionally
• Completing incident reports and documentation
• Liaising with venue management and emergency services when required
• Following Assignment Instructions and company procedures
• Maintaining a smart and professional appearance at all times

Essential Requirements

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• Right to work in the UK
• Good spoken and written English
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Flexible availability, particularly evenings and weekends

Experience

Previous hospitality, events, or security experience is preferred but not essential.

We welcome applications from both experienced officers and individuals who are new to the industry and eager to develop a professional career in security.

A positive attitude, professionalism, and strong customer service skills are often more important than previous experience.
