Role Overview

We are seeking accomplished Head Waiters with a proven background in luxury hospitality and fine dining environments. The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, supporting service teams, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate front-of-house service during shifts, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Act as a role model for service excellence, maintaining luxury hospitality standards at all times.
• Supervise and support waiters and junior service staff, providing guidance and on-the-job training.
• Ensure accurate and efficient order taking, food and beverage service, and guest follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with guests, anticipating needs and resolving concerns proactively.
• Collaborate closely with restaurant management, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor service quality, presentation standards, and cleanliness throughout the venue.
• Assist in briefing and motivating the team to achieve service and sales objectives.
• Uphold company policies, health and safety regulations, and brand standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Waiter, Senior Waiter, or similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and luxury service standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate service teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
