Key Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned hotel areas according to five-star housekeeping standards.
• Make beds, replace linen, refresh towels, replenish amenities, and arrange room items neatly for guest use.
• Prepare housekeeping carts with cleaning materials, linen, towels, bathroom supplies, and guest room essentials.
• Respond to guest housekeeping requests with professional communication and respect for guest privacy.
• Inspect assigned rooms for cleanliness, damages, maintenance issues, missing items, safety concerns, and lost property.
• Report repair needs, room defects, supply shortages, and lost and found items to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Support public area cleaning, service area upkeep, and back-of-house housekeeping tasks when assigned.
• Follow hotel standards for hygiene, workplace safety, confidentiality, grooming, and professional conduct.
• Carry out active duties such as standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, pushing, and moving items safely during the shift.

Ideal Profile

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Room Attendant in a five-star hotel.

Practical knowledge of guest room cleaning, bathroom sanitation, bed making, linen replacement, and amenity setup.

Able to complete daily housekeeping duties while maintaining accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.

Physically prepared for full-time active work involving movement, lifting, carrying, and room preparation tasks.

Professional, dependable, and respectful of guest privacy, hotel policies, and supervisor instructions.

Comfortable working with housekeeping supervisors, laundry teams, public area teams, and guest service colleagues.

Basic English communication skills are preferred for guest requests and daily team coordination.
