Duty Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office and ensure smooth guest service delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations.
• Monitor room status, arrivals, departures, and VIP guests.
• Support, supervise, and motivate the Front Office team to achieve operational excellence.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records as required.
• Assist in managing emergency situations and ensuring guest and staff safety.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or similar role in a reputable hotel.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and guest service standards.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with prolific and IDS hotel management systems is required.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Fluency in English is required;
• Arabic or Russian language skills will be an advantage.
