Baristas & Counter Staff — Cafe Reveille

Cafe Reveille is a San Francisco coffee roaster with cafés in Russian Hill, Mission Bay, Lower Haight, North Beach, Polk Street, and Berkeley. We roast our own coffee, cook real food, and care a lot about the details: the espresso, the room, the way a regular gets greeted by name.We're hiring baristas and counter staff who want to be part of that.

You're a good fit if you

Have at least a year of experience in a busy specialty coffee shop or restaurant

Are comfortable on espresso equipment (we run La Marzocco machines and Mazzer grinders)

Genuinely enjoy hospitality — you like people, and it shows

Want to keep learning about coffee and can talk about it with customers

Have weekend availability and some flexibility in your schedule
