Assistant Housekeeping Manager / Housekeeping Supervisor (Hotel)

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs all aspects of overall housekeeping operations which includes guest rooms, public areas, laundry and other specified back-of-the house areas;
• Supervise and control the costs and storage of cleaning supplies, guest supply and chemical;
• Assure proper communication within the department by conducting regular meeting with all personnel;
• Assist in procurement procedure for the department;
• Less experience will be considered as Housekeeping Supervisor

Requirements

• 5 years of housekeeping experience with at least 3 years at supervisory position in the Housekeeping Department;
• Diploma of Hotel Management or equivalent is preferred;
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command in both written & spoken English & Chinese;
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office;
• Excellent in problem-solving, planning, execution, communication, organization skills;
• Strong Leadership skills in managing teams;
• Knowledge of the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
