Job Summary

Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons and care for children aged 18 months to 6 years, while maintaining a safe, hygienic, and nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist class teachers in engaging children during lessons and performing administrative and routine care tasks
• Prepare and maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment for children
• Plan, organize, and participate in centre events to enhance community engagement
• Monitor and ensure children’s health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently met
• Communicate effectively with parents to build positive relationships and support children’s development

Required competencies and certifications

• Basic certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Passion for working with young children aged 18 months to 6 years and enthusiasm for teaching
• Ability to collaborate effectively as a team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues
• Self-motivation and dedication to excel in early childhood education
