该职位来源于猎聘 As Business Development Representative II (BDR II), you will play a pivotal role in driving growth for the Perceptive Sales Team in your respective BU, through strategic lead generation and qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification
- Research and identify potential leads through outbound prospecting (phone calls, emails, social media) and inbound lead follow-up.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and set up meetings with the sales team and company conference representatives /attendees (when supporting lead generation for conferences). Cold Outreach:
- Effectively cold call and email leads, nurturing relationships and converting prospects into sales opportunities.
- CRM Management:
- Accurately enter and maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data is up to date and properly categorized.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with Account Executives and Product Marketing Managers to develop targeted outreach strategies and ensure smooth transitions for qualified leads.
- Pipeline Development:
- Generate and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
- Market Research:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity to better engage with prospects and tailor outreach.
- Reporting:
- Track and report key performance metrics, including calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, and conversions, to ensure continuous improvement and goal alignment.
- Functional Competencies (Technical knowledge/Skills):
