As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be part of our Growth team, the heartbeat of Clerk!
Your job is simple to explain.
Not easy to master.
You’ll identify the right companies, reach out with relevance, and start meaningful conversations about personalization, conversion, and growth.
Specifically, you will:
Identify and qualify leads based on our ICPCold call prospects with a clear, value-driven messageBook high-quality meetings between prospects and our Business ConsultantsWe’re hiring multiple SDRs to support growth across several markets.
This role is office-first!

Who We’re Looking For:
You don’t need to be perfect.
But you do need to care!
Ideally, you:
Have experience with B2B sales (a strong plus, not a hard requirement)Speak fluent English and one of the following: Danish, Italian, Norwegian, German, or SwedishCommunicate clearly, confidently, and with intentAre comfortable working with CRMs (or eager to learn fast)Most importantly:
You’re curious. You take ownership. And you want to get better, one conversation at a time.
Our offer: 25.000 DKK base salaryBonus equal to 1xMRR; any meeting you book that results in a closed deal will net you a one-time bonus equal to 100% of the Monthly Recurring Revenue generated by the deal.
