About the role
TADA is looking for an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of corporate and business accounts on our ride-hailing platform. You will be the primary relationship owner for B2B clients — managing their onboarding, day-to-day needs, and long-term account health — while handling qualified inbound leads from our BD pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of corporate accounts (SMEs to enterprise), serving as the primary point of contact for all TADA Business clients
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients, presenting usage data, cost savings, and service performance
- Proactively identify and address client pain points before they escalate into churn risks
- Drive product adoption — ensuring clients utilise the full suite of TADA Business features including billing dashboards, admin controls, and reporting
- Support contract renewals and assist in negotiating commercial terms with guidance from the team
- Qualify and convert inbound leads passed from marketing and BD channels
- Run discovery calls and product walkthroughs tailored to the prospect's industry and use case
- Prepare and present proposals; manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and activity logs in CRM
- Liaise with Operations to resolve service issues affecting corporate accounts
What You'll Need
- Fresh graduates are welcome — we value attitude and coachability over years of experience
- Internship or project experience in sales, account management, client success, business development, or operations is a plus
- Exposure to corporate travel, fleet, logistics, or SaaS environments is advantageous but not required
- Client-first but commercially grounded — genuinely interested in solving problems for businesses
- Readiness to work in a fast-paced, high intensity start-up environment
- A strong sense of initiative with the willingness to go-the-extra-mile for both internal and external stakeholders
- Interest in mobility, tech platforms, or the future of urban transport is a plus
Required Skills and Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication in English; comfortable speaking to procurement managers or office administrators
- Organised and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without losing track of follow-ups
- Comfortable working with data to prepare simple account updates or usage reports
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools or a willingness to learn
